Handling & Use Requirements

Equipment must be used within rated load capacities and installed on suitable warehouse flooring. Improper loading, uneven distribution, or use outside intended applications can result in structural failure.

Inspect all shipments upon delivery and note any freight damage before signing. Installation and final configuration should be verified by qualified personnel to ensure safe operation.

Delivery & Freight Shipping

All equipment ships via LTL or dedicated freight carriers and is delivered curbside or dock-high depending on facility setup. Liftgate service is not included unless specifically requested at the time of quote.

You are responsible for unloading the shipment and must have appropriate equipment (forklift or dock access) available at delivery. Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in re-delivery fees.

Inspect all items upon arrival before signing the Bill of Lading. Any visible damage must be noted at delivery—claims cannot be processed after acceptance without documentation.

Lead times vary based on product type, configuration, and supplier availability. You will receive confirmation of estimated ship dates after order review.

📚 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What products can a 10FT Incline Conveyor transport?

This conveyor is designed for cartons, totes, boxes, containers, and packaged products. Do not use it for loose bulk materials or aggregate products.

Can the incline angle be adjusted?

Yes. The conveyor can be configured between 0° and 35°. Applications requiring steeper angles require a different conveyor solution.

Is this conveyor suitable for mezzanine operations?

Yes. Incline conveyors are commonly used to move products between floor levels and mezzanines. They are not intended for transporting personnel.

Can products move in both directions?

Yes. This conveyor supports bidirectional product movement when configured appropriately. Product characteristics and application requirements should be reviewed before selection.

Do I need optional support structures or knee braces?

Additional supports may be required for specific loads, elevations, or facility conditions. Heavier-duty applications should be evaluated before final system configuration.
