Handling & Use Requirements
Handling & Use Requirements
Equipment must be used within rated load capacities and installed on suitable warehouse flooring. Improper loading, uneven distribution, or use outside intended applications can result in structural failure.
Inspect all shipments upon delivery and note any freight damage before signing. Installation and final configuration should be verified by qualified personnel to ensure safe operation.
Delivery & Freight Shipping
Delivery & Freight Shipping
All equipment ships via LTL or dedicated freight carriers and is delivered curbside or dock-high depending on facility setup. Liftgate service is not included unless specifically requested at the time of quote.
You are responsible for unloading the shipment and must have appropriate equipment (forklift or dock access) available at delivery. Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in re-delivery fees.
Inspect all items upon arrival before signing the Bill of Lading. Any visible damage must be noted at delivery—claims cannot be processed after acceptance without documentation.
Lead times vary based on product type, configuration, and supplier availability. You will receive confirmation of estimated ship dates after order review.

Description
Description
Galvanized Gravity Roller Conveyors for Light Duty Material Handling
These 5 ft galvanized gravity roller conveyor straight sections are designed for light duty carton and package handling in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, and industrial environments where corrosion resistance is important. Common applications include packing stations, assembly lines, order fulfillment areas, and washdown-prone operations handling lightweight products.
Each conveyor section uses galvanized steel rollers and galvanized formed steel frames to help reduce corrosion exposure in humid or harsh operating environments. The non-powered gravity design allows products to move efficiently without motors, making these conveyor sections suitable for low-maintenance material flow applications.
This conveyor is designed for lightweight carton handling only. It is not intended for pallet handling, impact loading, powered conveyor integration, or heavy industrial transport systems.
Key Features
- Galvanized steel construction for corrosive or humid environments
- 3" roller centers for smooth light-duty carton handling
- Available in 5 ft conveyor sections
- Available overall widths: 12", 18", and 24"
- Spring-loaded galvanized steel axles
- Hook and rod coupling system for connecting sections
- Non-powered gravity flow operation
- Optional conveyor supports available separately
Common Conveyor Applications
- Warehouse carton movement
- Order fulfillment operations
- Shipping and packing stations
- Assembly line product transfer
- Washdown-prone environments
- Temporary conveyor lines
- Lightweight package handling
- Distribution center workflows
Facilities with heavy pallet movement, forklift impact zones, or high-load industrial transport requirements should use medium-duty or heavy-duty conveyor systems instead.

Important Conveyor Selection Considerations
Light duty gravity conveyors should be selected based on carton size, product weight, throughput goals, environmental conditions, and support spacing requirements. Improper conveyor selection can reduce product flow efficiency and shorten system lifespan.
These conveyor sections perform best with lightweight cartons, totes, and consistent package dimensions. Small, unstable, flexible, or irregular loads may not convey properly on 3" roller centers.
Galvanized conveyor systems improve corrosion resistance but are not designed for continuous outdoor exposure, standing water, or chemically aggressive washdown environments without additional engineering review.
Final conveyor layout, slope, support spacing, and integration requirements should be evaluated before ordering.
