Handling & Use Requirements
Handling & Use Requirements
Equipment must be used within rated load capacities and installed on suitable warehouse flooring. Improper loading, uneven distribution, or use outside intended applications can result in structural failure.
Inspect all shipments upon delivery and note any freight damage before signing. Installation and final configuration should be verified by qualified personnel to ensure safe operation.
Delivery & Freight Shipping
Delivery & Freight Shipping
All equipment ships via LTL or dedicated freight carriers and is delivered curbside or dock-high depending on facility setup. Liftgate service is not included unless specifically requested at the time of quote.
You are responsible for unloading the shipment and must have appropriate equipment (forklift or dock access) available at delivery. Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in re-delivery fees.
Inspect all items upon arrival before signing the Bill of Lading. Any visible damage must be noted at delivery—claims cannot be processed after acceptance without documentation.
Lead times vary based on product type, configuration, and supplier availability. You will receive confirmation of estimated ship dates after order review.

Description
Description
45-Degree Curved Sections Galvanized Gravity Roller Conveyors
45-degree curved galvanized gravity roller conveyors are designed for light-duty material flow applications that require directional changes without powered conveyor systems. These conveyor curve sections are commonly used in warehouse packing lines, shipping stations, assembly areas, and industrial work cells handling cartons, totes, bins, and lightweight packaged products.
The galvanized steel construction helps protect against corrosion in humid, washdown-adjacent, or moisture-prone operating environments where painted conveyor systems may deteriorate prematurely. Curved gravity conveyor sections allow facilities to maximize floor space efficiency while maintaining consistent product flow through conveyor routing transitions.
Best Applications
- Carton handling systems
- Tote conveyor lines
- Packing and shipping stations
- Warehouse assembly operations
- Light industrial material handling
- Conveyor line directional changes
- Corrosion-prone warehouse environments
- Gravity-fed product flow systems
When Not to Use This Conveyor
Do not use these galvanized gravity conveyor curves for pallet handling, impact loading, forklift-loaded applications, or heavy industrial product movement. The 1-3/8" light-duty rollers are not engineered for concentrated heavy loads or abusive conveyor environments.
These conveyor curves are also not suitable for unstable products, soft-bottom containers, or loads requiring powered assistance to maintain consistent flow through curve sections.
Galvanized Gravity Roller Conveyor Features
Corrosion-Resistant Galvanized Steel Construction
Galvanized steel rollers and frames help resist rust and surface deterioration in humid or corrosive operating environments. This makes these conveyor sections suitable for facilities where standard painted steel conveyors may experience premature wear.
Designed for Light-Duty Material Handling
These gravity roller curves are designed for lightweight cartons, totes, bins, and packaged products in warehouse and industrial applications. The conveyor system supports smooth gravity-fed product movement without powered conveyor components.
45-Degree Conveyor Curve Configuration
The 45-degree curve design allows conveyor lines to change direction while maintaining product flow continuity. These curved sections help optimize warehouse layouts and reduce unnecessary conveyor line length.
Multiple Overall Width Configurations
Available in multiple overall widths to support different product sizes and conveyor layout requirements.

- Double roller curves available on 24" OAW models only
Double roller curve configurations provide improved product stability on wider conveyor paths.
Operational Considerations
Gravity conveyor curves depend on proper product characteristics and conveyor layout planning to maintain reliable product flow. Uneven loads, damaged cartons, unstable containers, or inconsistent product spacing may cause stalling or flow interruptions within curved conveyor sections.
For high-throughput operations, mixed-SKU environments, or heavier product handling requirements, powered conveyor systems or larger roller conveyor configurations should be evaluated instead.
Every conveyor system should be configured around actual product dimensions, load weights, throughput goals, and facility layout constraints to reduce operational bottlenecks and conveyor flow issues.
