Stacking racks are ideal for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, 3PL operations, tire distributors, and seasonal overflow storage where layouts change frequently or additional vertical capacity is needed quickly. Fully assembled racks can be moved by forklift as a single unit, allowing inventory to be reconfigured without fixed racking installations.

How the Stacking Rack System Works

Each complete stacking rack system consists of:

• One stacking rack base
• Four compatible stacking rack posts

Posts slide directly into the corner sockets of the base without tools or hardware.

Each post includes integrated stacking targets that align with the rack above, while the base includes alignment targets for stable stacking below. Once assembled, racks can safely stack 3–5 levels high depending on load weight, forklift capability, and warehouse operating conditions.

Choosing the Right Base Size

For most standard warehouse pallet applications, the 42" × 48" base is the preferred configuration because it supports standard pallets while minimizing unnecessary floor space.
