All equipment ships via LTL or dedicated freight carriers and is delivered curbside or dock-high depending on facility setup. Liftgate service is not included unless specifically requested at the time of quote.
You are responsible for unloading the shipment and must have appropriate equipment (forklift or dock access) available at delivery. Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in re-delivery fees.
Inspect all items upon arrival before signing the Bill of Lading. Any visible damage must be noted at delivery—claims cannot be processed after acceptance without documentation.
Lead times vary based on product type, configuration, and supplier availability. You will receive confirmation of estimated ship dates after order review.

These 96" pallet rack beams with a 5" face height are designed for standard teardrop pallet rack systems requiring up to 6000 lb capacity per pair under uniformly distributed static loads. The 1 5/8" step design supports wire decking, pallet supports, and wood decking applications commonly used in warehouse pallet storage systems.
These roll-formed steel step beams feature a durable powder-coated finish and tool-free teardrop connectors for fast installation and reconfiguration. Compatible with teardrop and Interlake New Style upright frames.
