All equipment ships via LTL or dedicated freight carriers and is delivered curbside or dock-high depending on facility setup. Liftgate service is not included unless specifically requested at the time of quote.
You are responsible for unloading the shipment and must have appropriate equipment (forklift or dock access) available at delivery. Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in re-delivery fees.
Inspect all items upon arrival before signing the Bill of Lading. Any visible damage must be noted at delivery—claims cannot be processed after acceptance without documentation.
Lead times vary based on product type, configuration, and supplier availability. You will receive confirmation of estimated ship dates after order review.

120" Teardrop Pallet Rack Beam for 5,800 lb Storage Levels
These 120" pallet rack beams feature a standard 1 5/8" step design and support up to 5,800 lb per pair under uniformly distributed static loads. Designed for teardrop and Interlake New Style pallet rack systems, they provide durable beam-level support for palletized warehouse storage in distribution, manufacturing, and 3PL environments.
The teardrop-style connector allows tool-free beam installation and adjustment without bolts, while the powder-coated steel finish improves durability in high-traffic warehouse operations. These step beams are compatible with standard wire decking, pallet supports, and wood decking systems.
Two beams are required per storage level. Beams are sold individually.
